1. Acceptance

By using levitsky-c.ru and the services of ООО «Левицкий Концепт» (the “Company”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

The Company provides development, growth, cybersecurity and SaaS access services. Scope, timelines and price are agreed individually or via the on-site calculators (prices are preliminary until confirmed).

3. Account

• you are responsible for your login credentials and account activity;
• sharing access or disrupting the service is prohibited;
• we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).

4. Orders and payment

Orders placed in your account are processed by the Company. Invoices are issued in your account; payment terms are agreed separately.

5. Intellectual property

The design, code and materials of the site belong to the Company. Transfer of rights to delivered products is governed by a separate agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. The Company is not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes

The Company may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
